If you’re new to glamping ownership, this Signature Retreats FAQ will help you learn more about our glamping retreats and their features.

WHAT MONTHLY COSTS WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

As an owner, you’ll pay retreat operating costs such as property management, maintenance, taxes, and repairs. Expenses are passed to owners with no markup. Costs are shared proportionally based on the percentage of the retreat owned. Owners pay an additional monthly fee to cover LLC oversight, ongoing owner support, and the technology that enhances your owner experience.

WHAT IF ANOTHER OWNER DAMAGES THE RETREAT?

Glamping retreats are inspected after each visit to ensure a quality experience for every owner. Any damages beyond regular wear and tear are charged to the owner who was using the retreat at the time.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LAWN AND RETREAT MAINTENANCE?

Florida Glamping Company manages the details, including landscaping, tree trimming, septic maintenance, and travel trailer maintenance, through locally hired professionals. These services are passed along in the monthly costs.

WHAT IF ONE OF MY CO-OWNERS GETS BEHIND ON THEIR BILLS OR MISSES A PAYMENT?

No worries, you are protected! As the manager of your glamping retreat’s LLC, Florida Glamping Company will assume financial responsibility if an owner defaults on payments. This is one of the benefits of our ownership program.

Can a Signature Retreat be my primary residence?

Per local regulations, owners must demonstrate a permanent primary residence in another location. For each owner, occupancy is limited to their ownership share of the property, up to a maximum of six months in a calendar year.

Can i rent a signature retreat when I am not using it?

Signature Retreats are for the use and enjoyment of the owners or their friends and family. They cannot be rented or placed on sites such as Airbnb, Vrbo, or Hipcamp.

How many retreats can be placed on one property?

Each property is limited to one Signature Retreat site. No other Signature Retreats can be connected or stored on the property.
