Here’s What Shaina Said – A wonderful camping spot! The tent is so lovely and comfortable and the property has all the basics you need. We had a great time even with some rainy days. We will definitely be back again!
Here’s What Jennifer Said – We had a terrific time here. It was a perfect mix of camping with all the extra comforts. The campsite is about a one minute walk to the Suwanee river and so close to many springs. We’ll definitely be coming back to stay. Dion was an amazing host, and even created a fun itinerary for us.

Here’s What Vicki Said – This was a much needed relaxing getaway!! Tent was perfect after a hot day of playing in the river!! Bed was comfy, AC worked great and we used the fan outside on the porch! Kitchen worked awesome with a great stove top, fridge and sink! Bathroom was great-clean and exactly what you need!! We had hot and cold water which was great! Whole place was clean and made for an easy and relaxing time. Dion was awesome and answered any questions immediately. River access was easy-enjoyed watching jumping sturgeon! We hope to come back again soon!!!
Here’s What Elizabeth Said – Awesome weekend getaway spot! We’re already looking at dates to come back. Amazing location and a fantastic way to connect with nature, but not without some nice comforts. If you enjoy camping, this spot will bring it to another level. If you expect luxurious glamping, then shell out the premium $$$ in so called ‘glamping’ resorts. To me, this rental truly embodies what glamping is. Being able to be surrounded by nature, but a few extra comforts. Especially in the Florida heat. We brought our paddle boards and paddled along the river. Dion gave us some great recommendations in the area and also had plenty of information listed at the property. We packed some of our own kitchen items to cook and even a fan, but there was a set of plates, utensils, etc. that was more than enough to make meals. The extra fan we brought was great because we were able to plug it in and use it outside while we cooked since it had been raining on and off and it was a bit muggy. Overall, I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a fun, relaxing glamping experience.

Here’s What Amanda Said – Dion was a great host checking in with us and offering great suggestions for activities in the area. He was also nice enough to offer to keep us posted on some bad weather that might have effected our drive home (cell service at the site is really spotty). The property was secluded and very quiet allowing you to hear the sounds of nature. We were there in late July and it was very hot and still. The AC in the tents was what attracted us to this site. Kitchen area with fridge burners and sink was perfect, and the bathroom was very clean. The nearby springs were beautiful and refreshing, and the corner convenient store was an easy trip to restock ice for the cooler. The only thing I wish we would have know ahead of time was that the safari tents are not completely sealed off to the outside. I will admit this was an assumption on our part that they were, especially with the AC. However, both tents sit on wood slat platforms above the ground that have cracks between the planks, letting in the outside elements. This also means the sides, front and back are not completely sealed (particularly on the second tent). I would have liked to have known this ahead of time and so I wanted to make sure I included it for future prospective quests. Also, if you do book, bring a few extra chairs for around the campfire. the only seating are two adirondack chairs on the deck of the one tent, a love seat by the fire and the picnic table.
Here’s What Kaitlyn Said – This place was beyond our expectations. The check in process was so easy and Dion was sweet enough to be available anytime we called with questions. His guidebook and activity list were PERFECT. It really helped us find all the places we needed to swim/hike and his restaurant suggestions were amazing. The campsite was very clean and tidy and had a cute little path right to the river. The tent was so cozy and the AC felt AMAZING in this Florida summer heat. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our favorite classic camp foods and the bonfire was the best way to end every night (especially for this s’mores loving girl). Our little puppy also had the time of his life here! He had so much space to run around and the fact that this place is nicely fenced in allowed us to feel easy about letting him enjoy himself. Overall, this place was the perfect escape we were looking for to have some time to focus on ourselves and get some quality rest and relaxation in. Thanks for sharing your campsite Dion! Would definitely come back.
Here’s What Jill Said – In a very rural location – it is quiet!!! Love love love the bathroom/shower- it was so clean and private. Kitchen was perfect. Excellent place to disconnect for a few days. It’s Florida – there are spiders. Use the net at night!
Here’s What Rachel Said – The Riverside safari is as advertised. Peaceful and quiet, connect with nature without having to bring your own camping gear! They really do make it easy, firewood and kayaks on site, hot shower and a gas stovetop for cooking.

Here’s What Karla Said – Everything about this site was amazing. The campsite was clean and extremely inviting. I really didn’t want to leave. Checking in was easy and host Dion reached out to make sure we were happy or if we needed anything additional. The bed was gloriously comfortable and the hot shower was delicious. There were so many harmonious sounds of cicadas, cardinals, owls, woodpeckers just to name a few. My kids and even our fur baby had a blast swimming in the river and watching jumping sturgeons. We can’t wait to return.
Here’s What Charity Said – True glamping experience. Everything you need and more. Actual flushing toilet in the middle of the woods, what a luxury. Cleanest campsite I have ever been to. Great location on the high banks of the Suwanee. Close to so many great parks, although they were closed when we visited due to COVID19. Host is super responsive.
Weekend Getaway – We loved this property! We had a group of friends come with us, very well kept! It was beautiful! Unfortunately, the Suwannee was too high, so we could not get in the water, but the property manager was so sweet and sent us suggestions on things to do that were close! We went tubing down Ginnie Springs! We loved that it was secluded but still close enough that if you forgot something you could go and grab it real quick! Such a beautiful well kept campsite! We will definitely be returning for another visit come this fall!

Perfect Husband’s Bday – My husband loves camping, me, not so much… I wanted to make his birthday special and this was the perfect middle point for both of us. We really enjoyed the campfire, nature sounds at night, and the view of the river. Our two dogs also enjoyed it a lot, playing all day and night in the big property. I would definitely recommend!

The only thing I wish was different is being able to see the river from camp. It’s just over a little hill, a few steps away, But wouldve loved that view. Otherwise, perfect trip! We will absolutely be back!!!

Low-Key Getaway – Private, comfortable, and a five-minute paddle to Florida’s clear springs. Aka this place was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. The setup’s great. From the air-conditioned tent with a super comfy bed, to the shower (towels provided), to the river-front deck, it’s got all you need.We came to check out all the clear-water springs. Not sure where to start, we hit up Dion. He was so nice, and sent us spring after spring within a few miles of the property. Even told us some semi-secret spots. The best part? After launching our kayaks from the campsite, we stumbled upon a few springs not on our list. Sooo easy to get to.Our stay was perfect. Lookin’ forward to sharing the spot with our friends next summer. Oh, and if you’re a hushpuppies fan like me, you gotta try All Decked Out in Live Oak. Fresh seafood and huge beers! Can’t wait to go back.
Great, peaceful getaway – We had a great time. The only negative is we were a group of 2 adult couples and had planned on putting the twin beds together to make a bigger bed to share but they were not able to be put together. However the beds are comfortable and overall experience was nice.
Here’s What Jill Said – What an awesome camping site. Love the little kitchen set up. We Could not have been able to go camping in June if not for the air conditioner. Our dog loved it. She rested on porch and just watched everything . An excellent place to get away from it all. The river setting is a great way to relax and unwind. We will be back to stay longer.

Great camping experience… – Dion was a very gracious host…..We had a wonderful time at Riversong….it has everything you need to make rural camping comfortable….the site was beautiful, quiet and very private….Dion allowed us to park our boat at the dock so we were able to explore the river without having to load and unload….i recommend having coffee on the dock early and watching the river flow by and listen to the wildlife…..amazing….we would definitely revisit…..
Just what we were looking for camping – Water not easily accessible for small children or anyone unsteady on their feet. Perfect for us and would go back.

Camping without having to bring and set up all of your own stuff. we were pleasantly surprised to find that Dion had set up a second safari tent, which was great since we were 4 adults and a little one. the site has a full bathroom with hot water and a gas stove, refrigerator and charcoal grill. I found that this was much more secluded than most state and national parks as far as camping goes.
Here’s What Robert Said – The host is very fast with response and is polite. The camp site is better in person than the pictures portray, very beautiful drive through the country to get there and is great for new campers or a good getaway weekend in the woods.

Such a beautiful little treasure on the Suwannee – My partner and I were looking for a nature escape, someplace quiet and rural. This little treasure on the Suwannee was exactly what we needed.The property is beautiful, surrounded by hardwood forest, the dock over the Suwannee was our favorite part. So peaceful. We saw all types of birds, including a barred owl in the morning, a belted kingfisher, we saw some green anoles in the trees, some cardinals and woodpeckers. We didn’t bring our canoe but we wish we would have! There were like zero boats on the river (maybe a bit low?) – perfect for canoeing.The accommodations were very clean, the bathroom was simple and nice, the hot water is refreshing in the morning.This is by far one of the best glamping experiences that we’ve had in north Florida.Peacock Springs is near by, great little hike woth a beautiful spring to dip in.For anyone looking to disconnect but have the comforts of “home”, We highly recommend staying here. Thanks for sharing this place with us!
