IS THE COMMISSION PAID ON THE WHOLE GLAMPING RETREAT PRICE OR THE SHARE PRICE?

Commission is paid to the agents on the share price. If the buyer purchases more than one share, your commission will be adjusted accordingly. Additionally, if you bring multiple buyers, you’ll receive a referral commission for each share purchased by each buyer.

I HAVE A BUYER INTERESTED IN A SIGNATURE RETREAT. WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?

Refer your buyer through our dashboard to track your referrals and commissions. A Florida Glamping Company team member will reach out to you after you submit a buyer to discuss your referral. We won’t contact your client before touching base with the agent first.

HOW DO YOU KEEP ME IN THE LOOP ON THE TRANSACTION?

You can be as involved as much you want. We’ll reach out to you to understand your preference of your clients. Once a referral is submitted through to our dashboard you can log into the dashboard to track the status of your referral submissions and commissions.
